NOTICE OF MEETING
In accordance with Article VI, Section 3, of the By Laws of the Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association of North America, Inc. (“Bylaws”), notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Intercollegiate Sailing Association of North America will be held on Tuesday May 29, 2012.
Any topic for discussion or which can properly be acted on at the annual meeting of the Association shall be submitted to the Secretary at least 30 days prior to the meeting (due April 28th, 2012).
